3. Order Placement & Contract Formation

  • Order Acknowledgement: Upon completing checkout, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order summary. This communication confirms receipt of your order request but does not constitute formal acceptance.

  • Order Acceptance & Refusal: A binding sales contract is formed only when your order has been packed and handed over to the courier network.
